Christian and Country artists hold benefit concert for tsunami relief

Christian gospel and contemporary artists will take the stage with Country music's best for a benefit concert on Wednesday evening at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. The event, "An Evening for Restoration: Music City Come Together for Tsunami Relief", will be hosted by Christian music veteran Michael W. Smith and country singer Kathy Mattea.
The night's performers will include Steven Curtis Chapman, Marty Roe of Diamond Rio, CeCe Winans, Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder, Steve Cropper, the Oak Ridge Boys, Kirk Whalum, tobyMac, Crystal Gayle, MercyMe, Lee Greenwood, The Whites, Raul Malo, The Crabb Family, Dr. Bobby Jones, Michael Martin Murphey, the Nashville Chamber Orchestra and several Grand Ole Opry stars.
