Having earned major success with their debut album last year, "New artist of the year" Dove Award winning rock band Building 429 is releasing their expanded edtion CD of "Space In Between Us," on August 30.

The album is enhanced to unlock video and music content of the band' freshman CD. The edition includes five additional tracks including two previously out of print songs, "All You Ask of me" and "Free," a remix of "No One Else Knows," an acoustic version of the No. 1 hit, "Glory Defined" plus a new recording of the worship classic "Famous One."

"Glory Defined" was recently honored at the 2005 BMI Christian Music Awards with their highest accolade, "Song of the Year." Published by Dayspring Music, "Glory Defined" writers Jim Cooper and Building 429 frontman Jason Roy accepted the BMI Crystal for the most performed Christian song of the year.

"Once again it proves to me that my little plans are nothing compared to the plans God has for me," says Roy on the BMI award. "'Glory Defined' was such a small thing when it was written ? just another song to share my heart with those around me. I am honored that God would use me and I am thankful that these personal songs continue to be embraced by listeners."

Building 429 will support Space In Between Us ? Expanded Edition as the band performs at multiple key music festivals this summer and while opening for Casting Crowns's "Lifesong Tour" later this fall. The tour will visit 38 cities from September 29 through December 4 and will additionally feature guest speaker/emcee, Tony Nolan.

Building 429 set multiple radio records with their debut single "Glory Defined," having hit the number one position on eight different radio charts. The song climbed to number one on Christian Radio Weekly's (CRW) AC chart faster than any other single in the publication's history, and remained in the chart's top spot for ten consecutive weeks. On Radio & Records (R&R), "Glory Defined" was the first single from a debut artist to ever hold 100% of the AC panel all at the same time, and only the second time for any artist, debut or veteran.

Building 429 was also involved with 2004?fs Redeem The Vote Campaign with member Jason Roy acting as spokesperson for the organization, garnering support through appearances on Fox News Live, CNN, Nightline and all major network affiliates.
